Warranty Policy – LOOPos Inc.

Overview

We stand behind the quality of our POS hardware. This Warranty Policy describes coverage, exclusions, and how to make a claim.

1. Coverage

All new POS hardware includes a standard one-year limited warranty from date of delivery. During this period we will repair or replace defective parts. Replacements may be new or refurbished and are covered for the remainder of the original term.

2. What’s Covered

  • Defects in materials and workmanship
  • Normal-use failures during the warranty period

3. What’s Not Covered

  • Damage from misuse, accidents, negligence
  • Unauthorized modifications or repairs
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Environmental damage (e.g., power surges)
  • Consumables (receipt paper, cables, accessories)

4. Leased Equipment

For leased devices, warranty coverage continues for the duration of the lease provided the equipment is used in accordance with our Terms.

5. How to Claim

Email [email protected] with your order number, product details, and a description of the issue. We may request photos or troubleshooting steps. If approved, we will provide return instructions and then repair/replace after inspection.

6. Shipping for Claims

You are responsible for shipping the item to us. If confirmed defective under warranty, we cover the cost of shipping the replacement back to you.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, data loss, or business interruption. Our liability is limited to the original purchase price of the product.
