This Shipping & Delivery Policy applies to hardware purchased via https://loopos.ca or directly from our sales team.

1. Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days after payment. Orders placed on weekends/holidays are processed the next business day. You will receive an order confirmation and, once dispatched, a shipping confirmation with tracking.

2. Methods & Carriers

We use trusted carriers such as Canada Post, UPS, FedEx, or regional couriers. Standard shipping is used unless you choose an expedited option at checkout.

3. Delivery Timeframes

  • Canada: typically 3–7 business days
  • U.S. (if offered): typically 7–14 business days, subject to customs
  • International (if offered): varies by destination; additional customs duties/taxes may apply

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and method. Promotions may include discounted or free shipping.

5. Tracking & Delivery

A tracking number is provided when shipped. Please provide an accurate delivery address; LOOPos is not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect addresses.

6. Damage, Loss & Claims

Report shipping damage within 48 hours of delivery with photos of packaging and items. For lost shipments, contact us to start a carrier investigation. Resolutions follow our Refund & Return Policy.
