Refund & Return Policy – LOOPos Inc.

Overview

This Refund & Return Policy explains how refunds, returns, and cancellations are handled for LOOPos software, services, and hardware.

1. Software & Subscriptions

  • Free trials: Where offered, please evaluate before purchasing.
  • Subscriptions: Billed in advance and non-refundable except where required by law.
  • Cancellations: You may cancel anytime; service continues until the end of the current billing cycle. No partial refunds for unused time.
  • Setup/implementation fees: Non-refundable once work has begun.

2. POS Hardware – Returns

  • Eligibility: Return within 14 days of delivery if unused, in original condition, with all accessories and packaging. A restocking fee (up to 20%) may apply. Return shipping is your responsibility unless the item is defective or shipped in error.
  • Non-returnable: Opened/used items (unless defective), custom-configured equipment, and consumables (e.g., receipt paper, cables).

3. Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or develops a manufacturer defect within the warranty period, contact us promptly. We will repair or replace in line with the manufacturer or LOOPos warranty.

4. Refund Process

Email [email protected] with your order number and details. We will review your request and provide return instructions if eligible. Refunds (if approved) are issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after inspection.

5. Exceptions

We may refuse returns or refunds outside allowed timeframes, for missing/damaged components, or where there is evidence of misuse or unauthorized repair.
